1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Haivco ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators, brands, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Haivco. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Haivco, you agree NOT to:

Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate profile information (including follower counts)
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of automated messaging
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Scrape, data mine, or collect information from the Platform using automated means
Share or distribute other users' private messages or personal information

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Haivco (profile information, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your public profile content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Connections & Messaging

Connection requests must be genuine and sent with professional intent.
All direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. Haivco cannot access the content of your messages.
You agree not to use the messaging system for spam, phishing, or distribution of malicious content.
Any collaborations or agreements made through Haivco are between the respective users. Haivco is not a party to such agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Haivco platform, including its design, logo, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Haivco and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information such as follower counts or profile details.
We do not verify the identity of users and are not responsible for user interactions outside the Platform.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from collaborations arranged through the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haivco and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
