Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment
Haivco is committed to maintaining a platform that is safe, professional, and free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content, behavior, or interaction that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, harms, or endangers children.
2. Age Restriction
Haivco is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the platform. If we learn that an underage user has accessed the platform, we may suspend or remove the account and take appropriate safety action.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Haivco:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, or sexualization of minors
- Requests for sexual content involving minors
- Using the platform to facilitate illegal contact with minors
- Content or conduct that endangers children, including attempts to exploit or manipulate them
- Any attempt to evade moderation, safety review, or law enforcement reporting obligations
4. Reporting and In-App Feedback
Users can report safety concerns, abusive behavior, suspicious activity, or illegal content through our in-app feedback and contact channels. Reports related to child safety are prioritized for review.

5. How We Respond
When we receive a child safety report, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Review the reported account, content, and activity
- Remove violating content
- Suspend or permanently ban offending accounts
- Restrict access to features during investigation
- Preserve relevant records where legally required
- Report illegal material or conduct to appropriate authorities, including NCMEC or relevant law enforcement where applicable
6. CSAM Handling
Haivco has zero tolerance for CSAM. If we become aware of apparent CSAM or exploitation involving a child, we will take immediate action consistent with applicable law, which may include removing access to the material, disabling related accounts, preserving evidence, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
7. Compliance with Law
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement. Our safety standards are intended to support legal obligations related to reporting, moderation, preservation of evidence, and child protection.
